Office 365 (Outlook on the web) - Configure an account to auto-reply and forward
There are times where you need to configure an account auto-reply to incoming messages and to also forward these messages to another account. The instructions below will guide you through the process for doing this.
During our testing of these features, we found out that if a forward was set at the account/mailbox level, the auto-reply would not be triggered. The forward must be set using the "inbox rules" feature.
