Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g - Common Errors
This document details several error messages encountered when using various functions of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
- An unknown error occured during data streaming
This error can occur on any page in OIM. Simply click OK to dismiss the error message. It will not cause any loss of work/progress.
This error occurs when scrolling through entitlements during the entitlement request process. It can occur after holding the Down Arrow of the scroll bar through a large list of entitlements and then attempting to click on any entitlements in the list. When it appears click OK to dismiss the error message. It will still reappear if you continue to click on entitlements. After a certain amount of times the error message will give you the option to Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues.
Checking this box and clicking OK will prevent the dialogue from reappearing.
- Error IAM-4062060 : No entitlement found with key 576
This error occurs when viewing entitlements for a given user. To prevent this error from appearing, sort entitlements via the Resource column using the downward facing arrow. While the error will not always appear if you do not sort via the Resource column, it is best practice to always sort a users entitlements this way.
