Adobe Creative Cloud Renewals

To get additional years of Creative Cloud, you can purchase Creative Cloud 1-year subscriptions (the $234 Creative Cloud for students or the $19.95 Creative Cloud Home Use for facstaff), more than once. When you do, you get a new product code. Redeeming that code is very similar to what you do when you first purchase Creative Cloud.

1. To redeem your code and extend your subscription, go to this Adobe page:

2. Once there, instead of signing up for an Adobe account, sign in.

3. After clicking the Sign In link, Adobe asks for more personal information.

4. After clicking on the blue "Continue" button, you'll then be at the screen where you enter your code.

After you submit your code, Adobe will ask you for a credit card number (which is what they're calling "Keep your membership current"). We recommend that you don't give it to them. If you do, Adobe will automatically charge you the standard retail price when it's time to renew instead of the academically discounted price that you may still be eligible for in a year.

So when you get to the following screen, do not click the Accept Terms & Conditions button. Click the Remind me later link instead.

Keep Your Membership Current

After you click the Remind me later link, your subscription should be extended. If your subscription had expired, it can take 15-20 minutes for it to become active again.
