Office 365 (Outlook 2016 for Mac) - Print items in Outlook

Printing in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac is the same in Mail, Calendar, or any other folders — all printing settings and functions are found within the print action menu.

  1. Either open or select the desired item(s) you want to print:

    - To select multiple items, hold down Command key as you click the items.

     Note   If you select a conversation, all the messages from that conversation are printed.

  2. Go to the File menu and select Print....
  3. Within the Print options menu, select the necessary options.
  4. Click Print.
