Voice Mail (Centrex) - Ordering Service
The Centrex voicemail system will be retired on May 31, 2019. Voicemail accounts will be moved to Cisco Unity voicemail. Watch your email for more information about your transition to the new system.
How to order voice mail service.

To order voicemail, cancel voicemail or if you have questions about voicemail, complete a request with Voice Services by completing the form here. New voicemail orders will usually be completed within a week, and new users can expect to receive an instructional email when their mailbox is ready.
For authorization purposes, email requests will only be accepted from previously approved departmental staff whose names are on file with DoIT Voice Services. You can use this form to find a list of approved staff.
Please include the following information in the email to order voice mail service:
- Subscriber’s name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Room Number
- Campus address
- Operator escape number if desired
