Scheduling Assistant - Log in Changes for Schedule Owners
Log in process for Scheduling Assistant has been modified to be more consistent with other services, such as Office 365. This change only affects users who are accessing Scheduling Assistant to manage their NetID or user/role/resource/service account.
When logging into Scheduling Assistant to post your availability or to manage your profile, you will no longer have the option to choose the account type you want to log in as from the main screen. You will automatically be redirected to NetID Login service.
What happens next if I only have my own profile - I am not linked to any other account or am not an owner of a resource?
You will be taken to your availability screen. If you do not have a Scheduling Assistant profile created yet, the profile wizard will start.
What happens next if I have more than one profile - I am either linked to another account or am the owner of a resource?
You will be presented with an account selection screen where you can choose which account to log in with. After selecting the account, you will be taken to the availability screen of that account. If the account does not have a Scheduling Assistant profile created yet, the profile wizard will start.
