The Support Center provides a number of common resources.

Remote Support with Help Desk Level 2

Another useful feature of the Support Center is the ability to start remote support sessions with the Help Desk. On the bottom of the main page of the support center are instructions and a link from which you can enter into the Help Desk Support Queue in our Bomgar Remote Support tool. You should not use this unless you are on the phone with a Help Desk agent.
