This document describes procedures for resolving problems when attempting to access files from your locker.

When attempting to access files from your locker, the following problems may occur:

If you experience any of these problems, first check for invalid characters in the Locker file names. Refer to Learn@UW - Special Characters in File and Folder Names.

Next, proceed as follows according to your symptoms:

Error when attempting to download file using "Save Target As"

"Bad Request" when attempting to open file

"Internal Server Error" when attempting to open file

or

Browser apparently hangs (nothing happens) when attempting to open file

"Internal Server Error" when attempting to delete file
