Sometimes the HRS integrations in MyUW, such as the Time and Absence app, will display an error message about not being able to retrieve data. This article guides as to troubleshooting this error.

Suggestions for troubleshooting

This error is usually a temporary, intermittent failure of the integration between MyUW and the backing systems from which MyUW reads data. As such, mostly the way to work around individual experiences of this issue is to simply try again later.

Log out and log back in

The easiest way to try again in accessing this functionality in MyUW is to log out of MyUW and then log back in.
