WiscIT - Potentially Related Problems
When the area under the Support Contract field in a ticket looks like the image below (includes a red circle with a horizontal white line inside it), navigate to the "Potentially Related Problems" tab to review the possible relation.
When a problem is opened about a category, any incident opened with that category will get a link that says Potentially related problem and a button to easily link the incident to the problem.
The tab at the bottom will list all of the open problems related to the category. Highlight the appropriate problem to link then scroll back up to the alert area and click the link button.
