Discipline, Dismissal, and Non-renewal for Faculty Members

This policy outlines how discipline and dismissal actions, including nonrenewal for performance and termination during the evaluation period, are to be implemented for Faculty members.

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is currently reviewing this policy. OHR is consolidating and updating the format of policies to reflect changes in state law that took effect on July 1, 2015. Until this policy has been revised, please refer to the existing policy or policies:

For Academic Staff, Faculty, and/or Limited appointees: UPPP 18.01 Faculty Members
For University Staff: No existing policy
