This policy establishes guidelines granting paid leave for UW–Madison employees who serve on jury duty during working hours.
About this Policy
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is currently reviewing this policy. OHR is consolidating and updating the format of policies to reflect changes in state law that took effect on July 1, 2015. Until this policy has been revised, please refer to the existing policy or policies:
For Academic Staff, Faculty, and/or Limited appointees: UPPP 16.02 Sick Leave, Vacation, ALRA, Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty, and Other Leaves with Pay
For University Staff: Employee Handbook for Classified Employees (see Jury Duty section)
