Office 365 (Outlook for Android) - Create and add an email message signature
This document will provide you step-by-step instructions on how to create and add an email signature using Outlook for Android.
Note: At this time, you can only include a single line of text for your signature. No images or formatting can be included.
- While in your Inbox, tap the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select Settings.
- Tap Signature in the settings menu to edit your signature. If you have more than one email address configured, you can choose to have a different signature for each account or use the same signature for all of them. You can change this setting by tapping the slider next to Per Account Signature. To edit your signature tap in the field and type your signature. If you selected Per Account Signature, a field will appear for each email account you have configured. When you are finished tap Save or click the check mark.
Note Your signature will be automatically added to every email you send, but it can be manually deleted within individual emails. By default your signature will be "Sent from Outlook Mobile" when your account is configured. To delete a signature follow the same steps for creating a signature, but instead of adding new text to the signature field, delete it and hit Save or click the check mark.
