Office 365 (Outlook for iOS) - Create and add an email message signature
This document explains how to create and add an email message signature in the Outlook for iOS application.
- To begin, touch the Settings icon at the bottom of the application.
- Next, touch the Signature menu item to open the signature settings.
- You will have the option of adding a signature to all accounts connected to the Outlook application, or adding them per account.
To add a signature for all accounts, touch All Accounts, then enter your signature in the text field below.
To add a signature per account, touch Per Account, then enter each signature in the text fields below.
- If you wish to have no signature, simply leave the signature text field(s) blank.
