Office 365 (Outlook for iOS) - Create and add an email message signature

This document explains how to create and add an email message signature in the Outlook for iOS application.

  1. To begin, touch the Settings icon at the bottom of the application.
  2. Next, touch the Signature menu item to open the signature settings.

  3. You will have the option of adding a signature to all accounts connected to the Outlook application, or adding them per account.

    To add a signature for all accounts, touch All Accounts, then enter your signature in the text field below.

    To add a signature per account, touch Per Account, then enter each signature in the text fields below.

  4. If you wish to have no signature, simply leave the signature text field(s) blank.
