MyUW : Fixed : Feedback submissions were stuck

The MyUW feedback form was temporarily broken such that the feedback did not reach the MyUW team for processing. This solved itself with an email queue becoming un-stuck and will be less likely to fail in the future through an improvement to the configuration.

Nature of the issue and its resolution

The MyUW feedback form, whether accessed via MyUW classic or MyUW beta, was temporarily broken such that form submissions did not immediately reach the MyUW team (or anyone else) for handling. The backing system subsequently became un-stuck and the messages flowed as intended. Subsequently, the configuration has been improved to be more direct in the email routing such that there are fewer steps and opportunity for delay in the future.
