WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-09-11
On Friday, September 11th the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Limited visibility to HR and Owner for: Student Pay Raise, PAF, and Recruitments
- Added restrictions on when a payment field becomes visible on Repair Form
- Added contact date to repair form to default to 2 days from creation
- New Service and Team created for Tableau
- Fixed emails sent to CMS-support, incidents were not being created after WiscWeb CMS name change
- Added fields to track Creation Default Team to show what team an agent was a member of when an incident is created
- Added field Default Role to track the role of the individual when an incident is created
- Removed ability to type in SubCategory field, field is now validated
- Resolved issue with Journal History Pop Up
- Converted Finalist Comparison from a validated field to a text field in Recruitments at a Glance
- Updated repair specifics to include a check off agent
Change/Config Updates
- Created Solaris Contract Objects to replace VMware Contracts
