Intellectual Property Policy in the EPD on-line degree programs

Intellectual Property

Materials created by a student in the EPD on-line degree programs, unless specifically excluded, remains the property of the student and may not be used by others without written permission from the student-author.  This pertains to e-mail messages, threaded discussions, reports, and projects students create.

Some courses use case studies as part of the instruction.  You should understand and respect any confidentiality issues relating to your employer's information before sharing this information with the class.

All course and program materials are copyrighted by the University of Wisconsin.  These materials may not be copied without written permission.  Any requests for use of materials outside the course for which they are prepared must be approved in writing by the instructor and the program director.
