Connecting to Russell Labs printers - the easy way

This document provides the easy way to print from a Windows computer to Russell Labs networked printers

You'll need to know a few things before using this method to add a printers-
1) The name of the printer you want to install
2) A Windows machine
3) A network connection to Russell Labs - either Ethernet in the building, or using the AnyConnect Departmental VPN if you're using any other way of attaching to the Russell Labs network
4) A Russell Labs network logon

Once you've logged onto the Russell Labs network, from the Windows globe (what used to be called the Start Menu) in the "Search" window that appears, type in


This will bring up a window of all the networked printers, and you can search through them to install the printer you need to install. Double click that printer, and the installation will begin.
