Office 365 - View Mobile Device Access

Use the instructions below to view the list of devices that are configured for an account.

Important: This action will only see the device listing that have been configured for an account.
  1. Log in to the Wisc Account Administration site.
  2. Select or search for the account you want to manage. If you do not see the account you want to manage or are placed into your NetID account, review the following document: Wisc Account Administration site - Logging in.
  3. Click on the "Office 365" tab in the left-hand column. It will be expanded.
  4. Click the Mobile Device Access option.

    A list of all the devices currently configured will be displayed.

If any exist, you will see the following (example):

Client Name Outlook for iOS and Android
Device OS Outlook for iOS and Android 1.0
Device Type Outlook
User Agent Outlook-iOS-Android/1.0
Device Model Outlook for iOS and Android
First Sync Time Wed Jun 17 10:40:43 2015
Access State Allowed
Client Type EAS
