Non-Pooled Program Memorandum of Understanding Templates

Non-Pooled Program Memorandum of Understanding Templates

When proposing a non-pooled tuition program that will share instructional resources, courses, or infrastructure with another supporting unit (department, school/college or division), the proposing program or department is advised to complete a memorandum of understanding with the supporting unit. Memorandum of Understanding Templates for New Course Development and New Program Development are provided here.

The proposing unit should first select the template that is relevant to their needs, and then eliminate any roles/actions that do not come into play in their agreement.  The templates are meant to be very comprehensive, so not all items will be relevant to every course or program development.

Please contact Assistant Dean Marty Gustafson with questions.
