View who approved a room Reservation

Procedure to view who approved a room reservation in the EMS system
To see who approved a room reservation, do the following:

Login to the EMS Client

Bring up the reservation in question. Quick way to do this is to click on the "Book" icon:


Use the date picker to change to the date where the room reservation in question was made:


Right click on the reservation to bring up the menu. From here, select "Open" to bring up the reservation entry:


Make sure the top most entry of the reservation detail is selected:


Click on the History tab:

In the history list, look for the entry where the Field column shows "status". To see who approved the event, look for the status entry where the new value shows "Approved". The "Changed By" field will show who approved the event.


If there is no status change, then the entry was entered by a room approver. Click on the "Reservation Summary" tab and see who the "Web User" was that entered the event:
