MyUW - Known Issue - Stuck at "Loading..."

When navigating to MyUW, a "Loading..." prompt will first appear before the apps and the rest of the site layout. In certain situations, MyUW will never finish loading and progress past the "Loading..." prompt.

Nature of the Issue

Some MyUW users report that their browser will become stuck at the following screen when attempting to access MyUW:


This issue can be caused by certain ad-blocking browser add-ons (AdBlock Plus, uBlock, etc).


Users with ad-blocking browser add-ons/extensions should disable them for MyUW and try to load the page again.

Hope for the future

The MyUW team is aware of this issues; we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to resolve this in the future, but in the meantime please use the workaround described above.
