DoIT Numbers - Overview

DoIT Numbers allow UW-Madison departmental customers to pay for DoIT goods and services through an account-specific set of numbers. This system allows for quick and easy transactions between our customers and DoIT.

Users can login with their NetID and password to the DoIT Numbers website at DoIT Numbers. This site allows users to perform the following functions:

Set up new DoIT Numbers
Maintain DoIT Number funding strings
Close or suspend existing Numbers
Update the effective dates of their Numbers

DoIT Billing can assist customers with any DoIT Numbers questions or problems. Customers can contact DoIT Billing by email at billing@doit.wisc.edu. For more information, see https://it.wisc.edu/services/doit-numbers/.

The DoIT Numbers application has been redesigned and, in addition to a redesigned website, now has the added functionality of a mobile app. Customers with questions or comments should be directed to email the DoIT Billing Office at: billing@doit.wisc.edu
