1. The meeting began at 1:00 p.m.

2. The UC and the vice chancellor for finance and administration agreed to proceed with developing a charge for a committee to address budget issues, which will be either an ad hoc budget planning committee or the Budget Planning and Analysis Joint Subcommittee.

3. Motion by Farrar-Edwards, second by Fair to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), and (f) to discuss personnel matters.  Unanimous.

4. Reconvene in open session at 2:30 p.m.

5. The UC will invite the Committee on Women in the University to discuss concerns about climate and faculty behavior.  

6. Motion by Farrar-Edwards, second by Fair to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), and (f) to discuss personnel matters.  Unanimous.

7. Reconvene in open session at 3:45 p.m.

8. The meeting adjourned at 3:59 p.m.
