On Friday, January 29th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Help Desk email incidents, prevented incident from changing status until classification is updated.
- Dashboard issue resolved in Web client.
- Added email handler for DS Application Support.
- Built a one-step for Level 2 to notify DS when a customer requests an update.
- Added SnapShotStorage Field
- Recruitments at a Glance - adjusted Current Salary field from 5 to 6 digits.
