AdvisorList Utility - Viewing List Members and Managing Email Settings

This document explains how to view list members and manage their email settings.

Viewing List Members

  1. Navigate to the following site https://advisor.lists.wisc.edu. Log in with your NetID and password.
  2. Once logged in, the following welcome page appears, highlighting the options available to manage your list. Click the Managed Enabled List button.
  3. Click on the View List Members button from the list of options.

  4. A list of the members and guest members appears.

Managing Email Settings for List Members

  1. Navigate to the following site https://advisor.lists.wisc.edu. Log in with your NetID and password.
  2. Once logged in, the following welcome page appears, highlighting the options available to manage your list. Click on the Managed Enabled List button.

  3. Click on the Receive Email - Yes/No button from the list of options.

  4. Toggle the yes/no buttons to the desired status and then submit the changes by clicking the Submit Changes button.
