DoIT Tech Store Return Policy
Most items purchased from the DoIT Tech Store are eligible for refund or exchange if returned within 30 days. All items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. An open box restocking fee (10% of the purchase price) will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the same item.
Hard drives, motherboards, recordable media, batteries, printers, printer supplies, and opened software may not be returned for a refund, and are only eligible for exchange if defective (the only exception being campus-licensed software). Items stamped with No Returns are not eligible for return or exchange. Unless specifically noted, all clearance products are sold AS IS and are not eligible for return or exchange. The DoIT Tech Store will not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has had the UPC code removed.
Refunds on credit card, check and WisCard payments will be paid out in the same manner as the original payment (i.e., if payment is made with a credit card, the refund will need to be put on the same card). Refunds on cash purchases must be issued by check. Refund checks will be processed and mailed to the customer within 30 days.
New Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. DoIT can service Apple and Dell products under warranty.
