Parking Application Process

This document explains how to apply for parking through UW Transportation Services.


Logging into the parking website

  1. Log into the UW Transportation Services application website at uwtransservices.t2hosted.com/cmn with your NetID and Password. If you are unable to log in, please go here: Troubleshooting Parking Log In.

  2. Once logged in, you should see instructions on how to submit your application. More information about parking passes can be found here.

  3. The DoIT Help Desk provides best effort support only for the parking application. If you are having trouble after logging in successfully, you will need to contact your Parking Coordinator.


Troubleshooting Parking Log In

  • If you are unable to log into the parking application website but can log into other NetID related services, contact your Unit Transportation Coordinator.

  • To activate your NetID, follow the instructions here. If you have forgotten your NetID and/or password or are unable to activate your NetID, contact the DoIT Help Desk at 608-264-4357. In order to reset your password and/or recover your NetID from DoIT, you will need to call in with your CampusID number and date of birth. Note: No account information can be given out via email or LiveChat.

    If you do not have your CampusID number, refer to the information below:

    • Hospital Employees (without CampusID numbers):

      • Hospital employees that have forgotten their CampusID number or have questions about parking should contact the hospital parking coordinator at 608-263-7943. When calling for your CampusID number, you must tell the parking coordinator that you need your UW ID number. You can then call the Help Desk to get your password reset.

    • If the user is not from the hospital, they have two options:

      • You may go to the Photo ID office located in Union South. Note: The Photo ID office will not give out any information over the phone, so you will need to go there in person to obtain your CampusID.

      • You may also come to the Service Desk with a Photo ID to have your NetID password reset. For more information on locations and hours, see Get Help from DoIT.


Accept Parking Assignment

From the Permits Tab, highlight Acceptance and follow the steps listed to accept your parking.
