Summary: WISDM is the Wisconsin Data Mart for the Shared Financial System (SFS). It is loaded nightly with SFS data but also has a few real-time views of SFS data. WISDM users can view this data via the WISDM web application or by direct query.
For UW-Madison only, a WISDM authorization request form can be found at: http://www.bussvc.wisc.edu/acct/sfs/wisdm.html.
For all other campuses, users should contact their local WISDM administrator. A list of WISDM Support Contacts can be found at: http://www.uwsa.edu/sfs/reporting/wisdm/
Since administrator approval is needed, all requests should come from WISDM functional administrators and not individual WISDM users.
For UW-Madison only, WISDM access is not automatically terminated when an employee leaves the UW. Another authorization form needs to be submitted to Accounting Services indicating access needs to be removed. This form can be found at: http://www.bussvc.wisc.edu/acct/sfs/wisdm.html.
For all other campuses, users should refer back to their local WISDM administrator.
WISDM uses IAA (Identification Authentication and Authorization) for authentication. Individuals should login at https://wisdm2.doit.wisc.edu.
Usernames are specific to each campus. See UW System - Login credentials for each campus.
If you have completed the authorization process and are still unable to log into WISDM, please contact the DoIT Help Desk at 608-264-HELP (608-264-4357).
If you have successfully logged into WISDM and need assistance using the system, please see the "WISDM" page at the UWSA SFS website: http://www.uwsa.edu/sfs/reporting/wisdm/ .
For a list of your local WISDM administrators, see the link in the Authorization section above.
