On Friday, May 13th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Added Short Description to subject lines for officer emails
- Removed link to existing major incident for UWSC incidents
- Updated Automated Business Process to close resolved incidents first checks to make sure status is resolved.
- Repair Specifics - added an expedited flag when a serial number is entered that has an expedited warranty
- Add CCI UUID field to Server Virtual Appliance
