Maple TA Issue With Browser Caching
From time to time MapleSoft will make version upgrades to our Maple TA site. When this happens, it is possible that your browser may try to combine Maple TA content from the new version with content from an older version that is saved in your browser's cache. This could result in a situation where your browser is unable to completely load the Maple TA content.
you are most likely experiencing a problem caused by your browser having parts of an older version of this content in its cache.
Recommendations for Students
In general, we recommend that students use Firefox when accessing Maple TA. If you continue to encounter problems accessing Maple TA, you may also perform the following:
First, open the Maple TA activity in a new browser tab
Start by opening the Maple TA activity in a separate browser tab. To do this, simply right-click on the Maple TA activity in Canvas and select "Open Link In New Tab" (your browser's wording for this may be slightly different). This is important because your browser may not allow you to clear its cache for content in a frame that is embedded in another page.
Clear your browser's cache
Hold down the shift key (command key on a Mac) and click your browser's reload button. The reload button looks something like this . If that does not work, you can try manually clearing your browser's cache. Instructions for doing this with several different browsers follow.
