My UW External Requisition Generator - Printing Issues

This document explains how to troubleshoot printing errors that may occur while using the requisition generator.

The requisition pdf document is not printing correctly

Do you have Adobe Reader installed? If not, you can download the software at the Adobe website.

No item and/or funding information appears in the pdf document or on the printed external requisition

Did you click the Save Item or Update button on the screen to the left of the Item and Funding entry fields?

The Save or Update buttons must be clicked to add the items and funding to the requisition.

Why is my printed requisition blank?

Even though you may have saved information on the base requisition screen, your printed requisition will appear blank if you have not added any line items. If your requisition appears blank when printing, go back and be sure to use the Save Item button for each line item on the requisition and the Save Funding or Update button for each line of funding to make sure that they are saved before printing.


Error: "Too Many Lines to Print" on Internal Work Order

If you receive the "Too Many Lines to Print" error while trying to print an internal work order, see Document 2887 is unavailable at this time. for more information.
