On Friday, September 30th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
Focus of this sprint was to rebuild task workflow and additional modifications, updates highlighted below:
General Incident Updates
- Added an API connection to Dell for warranty lookups by Repair
- Updated Support Contract fields
- Disabled Close Code when an incident is resolved. Data was not being used or reported.
- Added specific for BuckyBackup
- Added specifics for video incidents
- Removed No-Score from customer survey's
- Updated HRS Business Processes to not send an email when an incident was reopened
