On Friday, January 13th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
Focus of this sprint was to rebuild task workflow and additional modifications, updates highlighted below:
General Incident Updates
- Updated Repair and Apple Computers OS name format in specifics
- Updated recipients on PAF form
- Updated student pay raise form
General Problem Updates
- Added exampls and help content to outage module
- Added Problem Timers to remind folks of notification
- Deployed improved Firewall request workflow
- New CI Field to delineate CI source, federated or manual
- Added last modified date field to networking device form
- Changing change type resetted the status, updated this to only populate when empty
- Added Primary/Secondary Situation Manager.
- Agreement emails were sending and status changed erroneously on blank end dates
