Cisco VoIP - Viewing call history in Jabber (Windows/Mac)

How to view call history in the Jabber client
The Recent tab provides a listing of all calls you have made, received, or missed.

Recent Tab
  • Use the View and Type filter at the top of the tab to change the type of the calls displayed.
  • Use the Type filter at the top right of the tab to change the type of calls displayed.
  • Placed Calls icon is for placed calls
  •   Calls marked in red text are for missed calls
