On Friday, March 17th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

General Incident Updates

  • Created specifics for Office 365 team.
  • Created Tech Store Consultation specifics
  • Updates to repair specifics
  • Improved the API email handler name resolution when there are duplicate names

General Problem Updates

  • Added problem timers to remind sncc staff to get an update on problems.

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Added $ sign to Financial Tab in CI's
