WiscIT - Release Notes - 2017-05-26

On Friday, May 26th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 42


General Incident Updates

  • Created stakeholder Dashboard Widget
  • Update Survey Automation Workflow to fire on resolved vs closed
  • Created New Surveys for Departmental Support, Tech store, Repair, and Help Desk and now use Qualtrics
  • Adjusted Tab visibility for manually linked incident for logistics development

General Problem Updates

  • Added a button to do similar notification to internal outage, for a regular outage
  • Remove System Email Signature from Problem Email
  • Problem email - resolve attached incidents to use resolved text vs workaround text

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Update OutagePageScope caluclation
