Prevent Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence at UW-Madison for Faculty and Staff [UW-Madison]
The "Prevent Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence at UW-Madison for Faculty and Staff" course is required for all UW-Madison faculty, academic staff, university staff, and limited appointees. Most people will complete an online version of the course, although an in-person version is being made available for some employees.

Register for the Course
UW-Madison employees can register for the course at http://go.wisc.edu/0q5sf5.
Check Your Completion Status
Follow the steps below to check that your completion has been recorded in your learner transcript.
- Go to the UW-Madison Professional Development website.
- Click on Review Your Course History
- After logging in:
- If your course is listed on the Registrations tab, it is not complete – click the title of the training to manually pull the completion information into the HR system, if everything has been finished on the course.
- If your course is listed on the transcript tab, it is complete - the Attended column will show Complete and the Grade will show 100.
Please note, the LTD system will update overnight. If you do not see your completion record after 24hrs, please confirm that you have taken both the training module and the certification quiz in Canvas. You must take both for your completion to be reflected.
