WiscIT - Release Notes - 2017-07-07

On Friday, July 7th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 43


General Incident Updates

  • Created security copyright specifics
  • Created process for linking OpEng monitoring incidents together
  • Made priority field NOT required
  • Updated field text on Techstore Specifics
  • Enabled search for expedited repair lookup table
  • Set default bill rate for expedited repairs
  • Delayed initial email notification to reduce volume of emails that users received when incidents were resolved quickly from 3 to 1.
  • Combined resolution emails for HD to include the survey

General Problem Updates

  • Made priority field NOT required

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Locked title, start and end dates on approved CR
  • Fixed CI Update button
  • Updated Copy Change to include CI's
  • Add technical service to technical service relationship, and service dependencies tab

Workflow Updates

  • Student Pay Raise, updated email manager one step
