On Friday, July 21st, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Added another field to specifics for phone number and included in the email to UWC/EX.
- Additional Customer Case Manager dashboard updates.
General Problem Updates
- Install windows licensing task change
- Add admin notes to userinfo table
- Updated onestep to get change stakeholders to use email field not email addresses field
- Closure group functionality improvements
- Recruitments at a Glance, made submitted by manager and accepted by finalist fields visible
