WISPER - Record Creation for Principal Investigators

This document provides access to instructions to assist a Principal Investigator (pi) with record creation in WISPER, the Wisconsin Proposal Electronic Routing application.

The WISPER application facilitates the routing, approval, and negotiation of applications and agreements related to extramural funding on the UW campus. The Principal Investigator may be the initiator of record creation process. The following document details this process:
