This document provides access to instructions to assist general users with record creation in WISPER, the Wisconsin Proposal Electronic Routing application.
The WISPER application facilitates the routing, approval, and negotiation of applications and agreements related to extramural funding on the UW campus. Routing a record in WISPER allows the user to transfer ownership to another person, which emulates the previous physical hand-off of the T-form. The following document details this process:
