Search the Knowledge Base
The ECMS Knowledge Base contains all documentation created by the Imaging Team. Try searching for your issue first to see if the solution is available online!
Contact the DoIT Help Desk
The DoIT Help Desk provides first-level support for the Imaging System and can be reached via phone, chat, and e-mail. See Get Help from DoIT for contact information. Note: If calling the DoIT Help Desk, choose Option 2 to be routed to the appropriate team.
You can also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will open a ticket with the DoIT Help Desk and automatically route it to the appropriate team.
