e-Reimbursement provides notification of pending action using email. If your mail client or mail server is configured to filter possible spam messages to a junk mail folder, it is possible that these messages might get filtered into your junk mail folder. If you suspect that this might be the case, you should check the junk mail folder and make sure that the e-Reimbursement notifications are not being filtered into the junk mail folder.
The exact procedure for checking the junk mail folder depends on what mail service you are using and what folder the junk mail is being filtered to. By default, the standard WiscMail junk filter will filter potential spam into a folder called "Junk Mail" located on the server.
