HR - Missing Address Report (EPM)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This user procedure provides instruction on how to search for employees with missing address information using EPM.

PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS:



PROCEDURE STEPS:

Run Report in EPM

1. Navigate to the EPM System by either:
2. EPM Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

3. Search for UW_HR_840_MARPT

4. Select Run to HTML
EPM Replace 1
5. Enter search criteria:
  • Dept ID: enter all or part of the 7 character department; if a partially entered Dept ID, you must use the percent character % as a wildcard; select the magnifying glass to choose from a list of valid departments
  • Address Type: select the magnifying glass to choose an Address Type
6. Select View Results
EPM Replace 2
7. Obtain address information for employees listed as needed and update; see HR - Maintain Person Data - Contact Information for additional steps
