The Education Support Services team within Engineering Professional Development (EPD) uses a holistic approach to onboarding and supporting students and faculty within their online learning environment. EPD's integrated approach includes an online community and support site, welcome webinars, online learning orientations, and custom course home pages to keep everyone connected.
