Campus Card Access System (Andover) - Connecting to the Andover Web Client

This document will walk you through the process of connecting to the Andover Web Client.

Note: the Andover Web Client ONLY works with Internet Explorer

  1. Connect to the BAN VPN (see BAN VPN - Connecting to the BAN Network).

  2. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to https://andover.wisc.edu/webclient/LogOn.aspx.

  3. Open compatibility settings in the browser.

  4. Fill in the field with https://andover.wisc.edu/webclient/LogOn.aspx. Click add and close the window.

  5. An ActiveX plugin will prompt you to install. Click install.

    If you do not see this, wait a few minutes for it to come down and ensure that pop-ups are allowed.
