WiscWeb - WordPress UW Theme - Embedding A Qualtrics Survey
Some users may want to make use of their Qualtrics surveys, making them available for site visitors to submit requested information. This Knowledge Base document walks you through the process of embedding your Qualtrics survey on a WordPress UW Theme page.
Before beginning, make sure you have created and published a survey at https://survey.wisc.edu
. Once there, go to the Distributions
section of your survey, and find your Anonymous Link
section. This is the link you'll be using below.
Either edit an existing page, or create a new page that you wish to put your Qualtrics survey on. Once there, you will need a Text Block page element.
In the Text Block, click the Text tab to access the HTML coding section of your page.
In there, you would paste in this code: <iframe src="your-url-goes-here" height="100%" width="100%" style="min-height: -webkit-fill-available!important; min-height: 1000px;"></iframe>
The code will place the survey on the page, set to the width of the Text Block container that it is embedded in. However, depending on the length of your survey, there will unfortunately be some vertical scrolling. The UW Theme will also not replace the style settings of the embedded survey. You could consider creating a Gravity Form within your site: WiscWeb - Using the GravityForms Plugin
Update or Publish your page to make your changes live.
