The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) coordinates computing, networking, telephone, video, and other information technology services on the UW-Madison campus.
DoIT Help Desk should be contacted in the situation that UWNet is not working in a building or on campus.

The DoIT Help Desk provides support to students, faculty, and staff at UW-Madison on general computing issues and various UW applications.

The DoIT Help Desk has a live chat service to anyone who would prefer assistance without using a phone.

Computer Labs (InfoLabs)
UW-Madison provides 18 general access computer labs conveniently located across campus.
Digital Publishing & Printing Services
Produce a wide variety of booklets, brochures, forms, envelopes, cards, flyers, posters, tickets, letterheads, newsletters, business cards and even custom textbooks and course packets.
Directory Assistance and Messaging/Campus Operator
UW-Madison Directory Assistance is an automated directory and department lookup system. For campus directory assistance, press “0” on a campus (Centrex) phone or call 608-262-1234.
DoIT has several types of email list services.
DoIT offers daily, weekly, and monthly laptop rentals to students, staff, faculty and departments, and semester-long rentals to students. Both Apple and Dell Laptops are available.
The My UW-Madison portal provides applicants, students, faculty, staff, advisors and instructors with a suite of integrated information resources that are tailored to their roles and interests. (Log in at http://my.wisc.edu/).
Office 365 is a suite of web-based tools hosted by Microsoft. In addition to email and calendaring features, Office 365 provides multiple online applications such as OneDrive, the Office Suite and additional productivity tools.
