WiscIT - Using the Search Manager to Look Up Team Membership

This document outlines how to use the Lookup WiscIT Team Search Manager to look up members of a team.

Running the Search

  1. Launch WiscIT and navigate to Searching > Search Manager

  2. Set the Association to UserInfo

  4. Navigate to the Global folder. The search is titled Lookup WiscIT Team Members.

  6. Double click Lookup WiscIT Team Search Manager to run the search, then select the desired team from the droupdown.

  8. A list of those who are employed under that team will appear in a list.

Adding the Search to the Task Pane

The 'Lookup WiscIT Team Search Manager' can be added to the task pane to access it more easily in the future.

  1. Navigate to the search using the steps 1-3 from above.

  2. Right click  Lookup WiscIT Team Search Manager and select Add to Task Pane

  3. A link in the task pane will appear:
